  1. Restaurant Operations Oversight:

    • Implement effective inventory control practices to reduce costs and improve efficiency.

  1. Compliance and Safety:
    • Ensure all restaurant locations comply with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
    • Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain compliance and address any issues promptly.
    • Implement and enforce safety protocols to protect staff and customers.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in kitchen or restaurant operations management, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
  • Proficiency in using restaurant management software (Restaurant 365) and MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
