JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HRIS Analyst to join our dynamic team. As an HRIS Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our HRIS systems (ADP Workforce Now), ensuring seamless operations and efficient processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and maintain the HRIS system, ADP Workforce Now.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design, configure, and implement system enhancements and upgrades.

• Participate in HRIS-related projects, including system upgrades, data migrations, and system integrations.

• Develop and maintain HRIS reports, dashboards, and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.

• Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.

• Provide end-user support, troubleshooting, and training on HRIS functionalities to HR and other stakeholders.

Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for users on how to use ADP Workforce Now effectively. In addition, create documentation and user guides to facilitate self-service support.

• Promote proactive approaches using the HRIS to solve business needs/problems while also enhancing the understanding and acceptance of the HRIS capabilities.

• Assist in the development and implementation of HRIS-related policies, procedures, and guidelines.

• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in ADP Workforce Now, recommending and implementing process improvements.

• Partner with HR and IT teams to integrate HRIS with other systems, such as payroll, benefits, and performance management.

• Collaborate with vendors and consultants to optimize system performance and resolve technical issues.

• Ensure system compliance with data security and privacy requirements.

• Plan, budget, and forecast HRIS needs and applications.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, HR certification preferred.

• Minimum of 5 years Human Resources with in-depth knowledge of HR processes, data management, and HR compliance requirements.

• Intermediate excel proficiency.

• 3 years of experience working with HRIS (ADP Workforce Now.)

• Strong proficiency in HRIS systems, such as ADP Workforce and project management.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

• Proficient in creating complex HRIS reports, dashboards, and analytics using reporting tools.

• Strong communications skills, with the ability to inform, coach and persuade, in writing and verbally.

• Strong training and presentation skills.

• Ability and desire to work in a team environment and lead projects.

• Preferred – SQL experience
