We are seeking dedicated and dynamic restaurant managers and chefs for several of our Sarasota-based clients.

If you have a strong background in restaurant management or kitchen management and a commitment to delivering outstanding service, we want to hear from you.

Position Overview:

As the Restaurant Manager / Kitchen Manager / Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations, ensuring that our guests receive a memorable and enjoyable dining experience. You will lead a team of dedicated staff, and work closely with the kitchen team to maintain seamless service. Your role will encompass everything from maintaining high service standards to managing the guest experience and optimizing the profitability of the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage front-of-house staff, fostering a positive and motivated team culture.
  • Guest Satisfaction: Ensure exceptional customer service by maintaining a welcoming and friendly atmosphere, resolving guest issues, and consistently seeking ways to enhance the dining experience.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, from seating and reservations to staff scheduling and inventory control, while adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Financial Management: Monitor and control costs, optimize revenue, and maintain budgetary targets through efficient operations and inventory management.
  • Quality Control: Implement and maintain high service standards and continuously strive for improvement in all aspects of the front of house.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, liquor laws, and other applicable industry standards.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a restaurant management role, ideally in a full-service, casual dining setting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to adapt to dynamic situations.
  • A customer-focused mindset and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
  • Familiarity with restaurant management software and tools is a plus.
  • Knowledge of local and state health and safety regulations.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
