  • Create a relaxed destination - Streamline restaurant processes in collaboration with the Restaurant General Manager while ensuring consistent adherence to Company policies and procedures.
  • Set the course - Recruit and mentor top talent, guiding employees in career development strategies rooted in Tommy Bahama's values and commitment to preserving our unique culture.
  • Build the perfect oasis - Implement training programs that foster an environment for Restaurant Team Members to drive sales, deliver excellent service, and progress in their careers.
  • Support your crew - Collaborate with the Restaurant General Manager to enhance employee retention and foster a strong team.
  • Proactive in Paradise - Identify marketing opportunities in the community and collaborate with Retail to strengthen the Retail/Restaurant relationship during sales events.
ESSENTIALS FOR LIFE IN PARADISE
  • - Five years of hospitality-related experience
  • - Three years of Restaurant Manager/Leadership experience
  • - Current food handler's card and other necessary certifications
  • - Profound knowledge of food and beverage menus, including ingredients and preparation methods
  • - Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a proven track record of increasing responsibilities
  • - Proficiency in computer usage, including Point of Sale systems and Microsoft Office
  • - High school diploma or GED
  • - Willingness to perform additional duties as needed to support the business
ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • - Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds frequently
  • - Bending, stooping, and kneeling required on a frequent basis
  • - Prolonged standing during shifts
  • - Operation of various equipment and machinery such as hand carts, blenders, knives, and wine keys
  • - Flexible scheduling based on business needs
