Position available for an individual with the ability to provide departmental support across all areas of the organization. Primarily focused on assisting the Operations & Estimating Departments in the following areas:

· Answer and Direct Incoming Phone Calls & Greet Walk-Ins

· Organize Tickets and Match Receipts to Invoices

· Track & Enter Credit Card Purchases

· Order & Monitor Servicing and Pick-Up of Dumpsters and Porta-Johns to Jobsites

· OUPS ticket Updates

· Order Plans & Deliver Bids

· Maintain Company Licensing, Registration & Permits

· Gather & Document Equipment/Vehicle Hours & Miles to Monitor and Schedule Maintenance

Candidate should possess excellent leadership skills, the ability to multi-task and work independently. The ideal candidate is proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Foundation Accounting Software & has a background in the field of Construction.
