Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishwasher Assistant to join our team at Bob Evans. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our restaurant.

Responsibilities:

  • Clear and sanitize dishes, utensils, and equipment from tables and kitchen areas
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dish tank area and surrounding kitchen spaces
  • Empty trash and recyclables in a timely and efficient manner
  • Assist in cleaning and sanitizing tables, chairs, and other high-touch areas
  • Participate in maintaining the overall cleanliness and appearance of the restaurant, including the foyer, front porch, and sidewalk areas
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and maintain a clean and safe working environment

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy equipment and supplies
