Job Title :: Administrative Technician
Location :: Tolleson, AZ 85353 (ONSITE)
Duration :: Long Term Contract
Schedule :: Mon-Fri (40Hrs/Week)
Job Brief
- Assist in various administrative follow-up duties with both internal and external customers.
- Support Design Consultants and Project Leaders as needed in non-technical duties.
- Input and sort data into systems, perform/run reports and send to team members for follow-up.
Job Responsibilities
- Provides administrative support to department personnel.
- Assist Design with tracking work and job progression.
- Follow up with customer and Designers on outstanding task.
- Prepare job release packages for inspection and construction.
- Review plans and info provided by customer to insure they have provided all the necessary information.
- Review and produce reports and communicate findings with department personnel.
- Input information into tracking software.
Experience
- A minimum of 2 years of related experience is required for this position.
Additional Information
- This job requires excellent organization and communication skills.
- The duties move at a fast pace and may change daily.
