Position Overview: As a BIM Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing Building Information Modeling processes and ensuring the successful implementation of BIM technology on various projects. You will play a crucial role in coordinating with project teams, managing BIM software applications, and optimizing project workflows.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of BIM standards and protocols within the organization.

• Collaborate with project teams to integrate BIM processes into project workflows effectively. Manage and maintain BIM software applications such as Revit, AutoCAD, NavisWorks, and Sketchup.

• Conduct clash detection analysis and resolve coordination issues using BIM tools.

• Provide training and support to team members on BIM software usage and best practices. Generate 2D animations, schematics, and other visualizations using BIM software.

• Ensure accurate and up-to-date BIM models are maintained throughout the project lifecycle. Utilize MicroStation for specific project requirements as needed. Minimum Qualifications:

• Proficiency in CAD software, particularly Revit, AutoCAD, NavisWorks, and Sketchup.

• Strong background in mechanical design principles within a BIM environment.

• Experience in conducting clash detection analysis and resolving coordination issues.

• Knowledge of 2D animation creation and schematic development using BIM tools. Familiarity with MicroStation for specific project needs is a plus.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
