Job DescriptionJob Description

Job Duties. 

  • Designing and creating balloon decorations for various events such as parties, weddings, and corporate functions
  • Meeting with clients to discuss their event themes, color schemes, and preferences
  • Selecting and ordering appropriate types and colors of balloons and other materials needed for decorations
  • Inflating and assembling balloons to create arches, columns, centerpieces, and other decorative elements
  • Installing and setting up balloon decorations at event venues, ensuring they are secure and visually appealing
  • Collaborating with event planners, decorators, and other vendors to coordinate balloon decorations with overall event design
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including proper storage of balloons and equipment
  • Providing excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or requests related to balloon decorations

Qualifications. 

  • Creative and artistic skills for designing unique balloon decorations
  • VALID DRIVER'S LICENCE. 
  • Ability to coordinate colors effectively to match event themes and client preferences
  • Attention to detail to ensure precision in balloon inflation, tying, and placement
  • Physical stamina for standing, lifting, and moving balloon structures during setup
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills to interact with clients and understand their needs
  • Organizational skills to manage time efficiently, handle multiple projects, and keep track of inventory
  • EXPERIENCE IS NOT REQUIRED. WILLING TO TRAIN THE RITH CANDIDATE.
