Candidates must have at least 3 years of medical aesthetics and injection experience to be considered. Unfortunately, candidates without prior aesthetics experience or recent graduates will not be considered for this role. Please see below for more information.

Responsibilities:

  • Full-time permanent position - Aesthetics & Cosmetics
  • Private practice med spa and laser center in Boca Raton, Florida
  • Flexible schedule - approximately 35 hours per week (negotiable)
  • Conduct skin analyses and comprehensive facial aesthetic evaluations
  • Utilize a consultative approach to create personalized treatment plans for each client, focusing on cosmetic injectables, medical-grade skincare, and established skincare routines
  • Administer cosmetic injectable treatments, such as wrinkle relaxers and dermal fillers, with exceptional skill and meticulous attention to detail
  • Perform a range of medical-grade skincare treatments
  • Proactively follow up with clients post-treatment to guarantee outstanding care and client satisfaction
  • Develop and sustain a strong, loyal client base
  • Contribute to the creation of educational and marketing materials

Qualifications:

  • Certified Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
  • Active Florida PA or NP License
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical aesthetics and cosmetic injectable
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build strong rapport with patients
  • Experience with EMR systems
  • Collaborative team player, willing to assist in all tasks regardless of size
  • Capable of professionally representing yourself and the business when meeting new clients
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, clinical practices, and industry trends
