Mindful Behavioral Health PLLC is a mental health company based in 2201 NW Corporate Blvd. #202, Boca Raton, Florida, specializing in psychiatric and therapeutic services. Our areas of specialty include Geriatric Psychiatry, Women's Mental Health, TMS, Spravato (esketamine), and Mental Health Research.
Role Description
We are looking for a psychiatric nurse practitioner to join our team. The job will be a combination of 45% medication management, 45% Spravato/ketamine/TMS which will include medication management and 10% clinical research.
This is a full-time on-site role (the job will start 4 days a week for the first 3 to 6 months)
The role involves providing mental health nursing care, psychiatric care, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to support patient well-being.
Qualifications
- Mental Health Nursing and Nursing skills
- Nurse Practitioners and Psychiatric Care expertise
- Experience in Mental Health Care
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a collaborative healthcare environment
- Knowledge of mental health treatments and therapies
- Certification as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
- Master's degree in Nursing or related field
Salary
Salary is based on production, with an income guarantee.
- 4 days a week: guaranteed income is $90,000 a year
- 5 days a week: guaranteed income is $100,000 a year
Benefits:
- We pay malpractice
- 21 vacation/personal days plus major holidays for 4 days a week.
- 28 vacation/personal days plus major holidays for 5 days a week.
- $500.00/yr toward continuing education
- We will pay you 100% of cost of any licencing needed
- Retirement account with match (2%) after 3 months
- We will give you a stipend to help with the cost of medical insurance $250.00/month.
Opportunities for extra income/benefits:
- Opportunity to make extra money or get extra days off by helping Dr. C with call at Boca Regional Hospital (1 weekend a month, we see consults). Would help with patient evaluations/follow-ups during the day (9am-2pm).
