Nova Health Therapies Inc. is seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) or Behavior Technicians (BT) to join our team. We have generous pay, paid trainings and a benefits package if you average 30 hours billable hours a week or more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct Client Care: Work with infants and children who are on the autism spectrum. Provide one-on-one assistance, personalized attention and effective therapy.
  • Behavioral Protocols: Implement and develop behavior skills for children on the spectrum, assisted by our team.
  • Data Collection: Collect and record data on child's behavior to monitor progress and adjust care plans as needed.
  • Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with clients, parents, and caregivers, providing updates on client progress and addressing any concerns.

Qualifications:

  • Certification: We prefer that you be a certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or have experience as a Behavior Technician (BT).  We will train you to become an RBT and pay you for the training.
  • Experience: Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with individuals, especially children, with developmental disabilities is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow detailed protocols.
  • Flexibility: Adaptability to work with various clients and adjust to their unique needs and progress.
