Seeking a skilled and motivated Refrigeration Service Technician. The Refrigeration Service Technician will play a critical role in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining refrigeration equipment; ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough inspections and diagnostics of refrigeration systems to identify issues and malfunctions.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing components.
  • Troubleshoot and repair refrigeration equipment, components, and parts.
  • Align with customers to explain service options, provide cost estimates, and answer questions regarding system maintenance and repairs while providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize technical manuals, diagnostic tools, and advanced techniques to diagnose and resolve complex refrigeration issues.
  • Keep accurate records of services provided, parts used, and work performed, utilizing digital tools and documentation systems.
  • Adhere to safety protocols, guidelines, and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.

Qualifications:

  • HVAC/R License/Certification strongly preferred
  • Proven experience as a Refrigeration Service Technician with a strong track record of successful repairs and maintenance.
  • In-depth knowledge of refrigeration, heating, cooling, and ventilation systems, including electrical and mechanical components.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnostic techniques for refrigeration systems..
  • Physical ability to lift and maneuver heavy equipment and work in varying weather conditions.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
