Job DescriptionJob DescriptionOur client is one of the leading commercial contractors in the South of Boston. We are looking for an HVAC Estimator to join their teamWhat you will do as Commercial HVAC Estimator :
  • Evaluate project scopes and develop accurate cost estimates for HVAC installations.
  • Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other project documents to identify materials, labor, and equipment requirements.
  • Conduct material take-offs to determine the quantities and costs of HVAC components.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure accurate and timely bidding on projects.
  • Maintain organized documentation of all estimates, proposals, and bid information.
What you will need as a HVAC Estimator :
  • 3 + years of HVAC estimating experience.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, components, and installation practices.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, specifications, and project documents.
  • Field install experience is a plus
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in estimating project costs.
  • Proficient in relevant estimating software
