Job DescriptionJob DescriptionThis role is a support role for the IT Sourcing Team. This will include IT equipment leasing activities such as lease approvals, data entry, and account payment tracking and related issues with suppliers. There may also be activities with contract entry into contract management system as well as other administrative functions. This will include assisting with contractual related questions and negotiations within all IT Sourcing categories (software and hardware). In addition, this position will also assist in the deployment of new 3M sourcing software and tools. Applicants should have an understanding, knowledge and experience with supplier communications, SAP, Sourcing contract methodology and capabilities.

Details:
$22-27/hr DOE
PART-TIME: 20 hours/week
Schedule: M-F 8am-12pm CST
1 year W2 Contract to start

Work Tasks:
• Basic contract negotiation, filing, data entry, review, storage, reporting
• Cross-funcational communication
• IT leasing related activities include lease tracking, lease entry into SLAN/Nakisa (lease tracking software), SAP supplier payment inquiries, and meeting with suppliers to correct errors or payment issues.
• Provide category manager support for leasing or other contract remediation
• Locate Sourcing contract documents on various systems/ files
• Upload contracts into contract tool
• Review contract documents for required information
• Enter and file contracts in contracts databases
• Assist in migration of contracts from local storage to enterprise contract repository
• Collect supplier contact information
• Track project progress for project leadership report-outs.
• Meet with Sourcing team and provide updates and discuss any open issues, etc.

Qualifications:
• Excel skills
• High school diploma or higher, Bachelors preferred
• SAP experience preferred
• 2+ years of customer/vendor support experience
• Supplier interaction experience
