Key Purpose:

Provide organizational support and coordination in areas of customer service, scheduling, inventory management, and bookkeeping while serving the needs of our team members and external customers.

Requirements:

  • Associate or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and other software
  • Familiarity with Water/Wastewater or Environmental Industry helpful

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service – Front line customer communication includes answering customer phone calls and emails. Generate customer quotes for purchases and calibration services. Answer questions regarding order status. Follow up to make sure customer needs are met.
  • Purchasing – Take, place and confirm orders. Follow up on order statuses. Receive incoming and ship outgoing packages.
  • Data Analysis – Review data to assist in scheduling service for numerous customers.
  • Bookkeeping – Review completed Work Orders, Invoicing and Accounts Receivable.
  • Operations – Coordinate and support activities of office, sales and service departments.
  • Information Management – Maintain electronic filing systems, CRM, and various spreadsheets.

  • Customer and Personal Service – Knowledge of principles and processes for providing high quality and responsive services.
  • Computers and Electronics – Working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Strong technological competency and adaptability. Familiarity with CRM programs and ability to enter data.
  • Project Management Skills – Self-directed and able to understand the importance of being proactive and solve problems. Ability to organize, plan and prioritize work while monitoring progress.
  • Communication Skills – Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication and ability to work as a collaborative team member.
