We are currently seeking a qualified candidate for an office position as a Receptionist/Office Clerk at a busy Flight School. If you are interested and qualify for the role, please send your resumé and cover letter.

Experience Required:

  • Basic computer skills/etiquette 
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Working knowledge of email, fax, multi-line phones, and other professional documents formatting 
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact with incoming students
  • Phone calls – receiving/outgoing and message taking
  • Positive leadership skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a busy environment

Requirements:

Only applicants with advanced knowledge of the following skills will be considered for this position:

  • Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint (Office Suite)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Experience in a professional environment
  • Professional Appearance.

The Company operates 5 days a week, so operational demands require variations in shift days, starting and ending times, and hours worked in a week. Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
