**Our Live Goods Merchandiser role often pairs nicely alongside other merchandising and gig income streams**

This position will service the following store location(s):

#352 150 W Lowry Ln Ste 190 Lexington KY 40503
#371 3650 Boston Rd Lexington KY 40514

As a Garden Center Merchandiser you will be expected to do the following:

Create and display a variety of outdoor plants

Create and maintain product displays

Water all plant materials

Develop a watering plan with the floral department manager for additional support as needed

Ensure proper signage is in place

Maintain a safe and clean display area

Remove and record expired plant material

Interacting with store personnel and customers

Develop a positive working relationship with store management and associates

Complete report for each store serviced

Document every visit using the Repsly app where available

As a Garden Center Merchandiser, you will be required to:

  • Must have a smart phone
  • Must have a valid drivers license and reliable means of transportation
  • Work outdoors in all elements
  • Lift, push and carry up to 30 lbs repetitively
  • Understand and execute planograms
  • Use workplace mobile apps
  • Preferred experience in merchandising, retail, and/or customer service
  • Experience working at a garden center is a plus
