QuickBooks Bank Feed Consultant

We are seeking an experienced QuickBooks consultant to assist our clients with implementing and optimizing the bank feed integration feature within QuickBooks Desktop. This is a contract position with potential for long-term engagement.

Responsibilities:

- Work directly with clients to connect and map their bank/credit card accounts to the QuickBooks bank feed service
- Troubleshoot any connection issues between financial institutions and QuickBooks Desktop
- Ensure accurate cash coding and categorization of bank transactions
- Provide training to clients on bank feed functionality, rules, and best practices
- Develop processes to streamline bank reconciliation and account monitoring
- Advise clients on utilizing bank feed data for cash flow projections and analysis
- Identify potential areas for automation and efficiency gains
- Document procedures and create training materials for future reference

Requirements:

- Extensive experience with QuickBooks Desktop and bank feed integration
- Solid understanding of bookkeeping/accounting principles and workflows
- Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts clearly
- Strong problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot integration issues
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- QuickBooks Certification or relevant credentials preferred
