Job Description:

This is a full-time position including vacation, sick time, medical benefits, and a 401(k)-profit sharing plan.

Once you are trained as a heating & cooling (HVAC) technician/ installer, you’ll be provided with a company van and all the equipment you need to install, service and repair heating and air conditioning systems for our customers.

We’re serious about providing our customers with outstanding service. So, you’ll be expected to have a friendly attitude and the technical proficiency to make that happen. Once you’re fully trained, one of your responsibilities will be to participate in a rotation with our other technicians to handle emergency calls during the evening and on weekends.

You will receive several benefits, including:

· Use of the company van to commute to and from work each day.

· Extra “stand-by” money for each day you are on-call.

Experience:

An experienced heating & cooling (HVAC) technician/ installer.

Qualifications:

There are no specific educational requirements. However, to be successful you will need to possess the following skills and qualities:

· Superior mechanical aptitude.

· Good people skills.

· Positive attitude.

· Good work ethic.

· Enjoy working with your hands.

· Take pride in a job well done.

· Strong technical reading comprehension.
