We are urgently hiring for our client in the Tampa area for a Coatings Foreman/Manager. You must have NACE Level I certification but the ideal candidate will have their NACE Level II certification, prior experience as a painter in the manufacturing and/or industrial industries. We are looking for someone who has led a team before or can easily step into the role of team leader, as this is a working production position, and you will be overseeing a team.

This position is to direct and coordinate all aspects of coatings operations, training, safety, and environmental compliance at all facilities by managing the workload of all coatings department personnel and working with the EHS department. Depending on experience and certifications pay ranges $26 to $30 an hour.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
1. High school diploma or equivalent 2. 3 years’ experience or equivalent education (Required)

MUST HAVES / SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS, ETC:
1. NACE Level I certification or equivalent (Required)
2. NACE Level II (Preferred)
