Position: Print Production Associate

Location: Elmhurst, IL

Job Type: Full-time or Part-time

Responsibilities: As a Print Production Associate at SourceOne Events, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of our clients' events through the production of high-quality printed materials. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

· Setting up files for printing and ensuring they meet customer specifications and quality standards.

· Loading printers with substrates and operating various machinery and printers to produce digital prints.

· Conducting quality assurance checks on printed graphics to ensure accuracy and adherence to standards.

· Preparing and packing items for customer pick-up and shipping, ensuring safe and timely delivery.

· Collaborating with team members to prioritize tasks and meet production deadlines.

· Maintaining a clean and organized work environment to optimize efficiency and safety.

Qualifications: To excel in this role, you will need:

· Previous experience in print production or a related field preferred.

· Proficiency in setting up files for print using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.

· Ability to operate various printers and machinery effectively and troubleshoot minor issues as they arise.

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

· Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

· Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

· Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

· Basic knowledge of shipping and packing procedures preferred.

Work Environment:

· Work is generally performed under office conditions.

· Work may involve repetitive motions such as typing or using fingers to grasp objects.

· Work involves occasional exertion of physical effort.

· Must be available to work nights and weekends at different locations.

· Requires ability to adapt to multiple settings and shifting responsibilities.

FLSA Classification: Full-Time/Exempt

Work Schedule: 40-hour per week minimum. Over time, nights and weekends required as needed due to workload.

Office Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, 30-minute lunch
