Job Purpose:

The Receptionist Administrative Assistant professional provides support to the Eligibility Department. Serves as the receptionist while completing various tasks which includes data entry. This position will lead to advancements within our firm for the right person.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

·Answer in-bound calls, provide information and / or direct calls to appropriate person in a caring manner

·Assist with maintaining HIPAA Compliance

·Supports Eligibility Department with various responsibilities including data entry and customer service

·General office duties

 

Education and Experience:

The ideal candidate will possess (1) year experience in H/R, Administrative, Health Insurance or medical related field.
