Responsibilities: As our Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the seamless execution of projects and procurement activities. Your key duties will include, but will not be limited to:
1. Project Management:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate effective communication and project coordination.
- Oversee the timely completion of project milestones and deliverables.
2. Procurement:
- Coordinate and execute procurement processes, including sourcing and ordering of materials.
- Ensure efficient and cost-effective procurement practices while adhering to quality standards.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to maintain positive relationships.
3. Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and detailed project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project files.
- Create and update procurement records to provide a transparent overview of all transactions.
4. Communication:
- Facilitate clear and open communication among project stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
- Provide regular updates to relevant parties, addressing any concerns and ensuring overall project satisfaction.
Vacation and Leave:
· You are entitled to 2 weeks of unpaid vacation per year.
· After the first year you will be entitled to a one-week paid vacation.
· To request vacation time, you must provide at least 4 weeks' notice to your supervisor.
· Approval is subject to operational needs.
· You also have the option to take up to 5 unpaid weekdays off during the year, subject to approval.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office manager, or in a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent time management and organizational skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
