MEDICAL FRONT and BACK OFFICE for a Beverly Hills PLASTIC SURGERY and INTERNAL MEDICINE practice. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Make and confirm appointments ensuring a solid schedule for best use of practitioner time
  • Coordinate schedules for multiple practitioners in and out of the office
  • Provide appointment planning details to patients
  • Check in patients confirming personal, insurance and co-payment information
  • Triage caller inquiries ensuring a quick and professional follow-up of information
  • Create patient files and update existing files using EMR system
  • Room patients taking vitals, documenting medical history and changes from last visit
  • Assist with exams when extra hands are needed
  • Blood draw and injections helpful but not required

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong organizational and teamwork skills are required as this position works hand-in-hand with other staff members
  • Blood draw and injections helpful but not required
  • Medical Assistant Certification and experience working both Front and Back Office
  • Must have a professional-level of verbal communication and presentation appropriate for a high-level aesthetics practice
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, evaluating task priorities shifting duties as needed
  • Medium level of computer proficiency with an ability to pick up new programs with relative ease and light guidance 
  • Ability to arrive on time, daily to work for the benefit of the patients and co-workers. Mindset that whatever needs to be done to ensure proper patient care is in the job description

SCHEDULE, SALARY AND BENEFITS

  • M-F 8:30a-5:30p
  • Competitive salary based on experience
