JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Commonwealth Office of Technology has an open Field Services/Asset management position in the Madisonville Distribution Center located at 1840 N. Main Street, Madisonville, KY. The ideal candidate for this position must maintain a valid driver’s license, lift and carry heavy objects or work in uncomfortable positions for extended periods of time, spend a major portion of their time using a computer and work overtime as needed. The candidates should also possess strong analytical skills, be an excellent communicator, have strong time-management skills, be detailed oriented and highly organized

DUTIES:

  • Managing hardware requests.
  • Managing Distribution Center (DC) stock levels.
  • Auditing hardware in tech’s name.
  • Asset Reconciliation.
  • Working with data and asset management.
  • Processing stolen\lost\missing devices.
  • Auditing computer naming.
  • Auditing ServiceNow Inactive Users (KHRIS).
  • Running and providing reports.
  • Managing computer consumables.
  • Managing DC asset disposals.
  • Preparing hardware for techs (Image or Intune reset of computers).
