The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in commercial drywall projects, including estimating, project management, and proficiency with industry-specific software shown below. This role requires excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills to ensure the successful completion of projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform accurate and detailed estimates for commercial drywall projects.
  • Manage all phases of assigned projects, from pre-construction through closeout.
  • Utilize Onscreen Takeoff, Quick Bid, ProCore and other industry-specific software for estimating and project management.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
  • Conduct site visits and meetings to monitor project progress and address any issues.
  • Prepare and submit project documentation, including RFI’s, change orders, and project reports.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Provide leadership and support to project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Commercial Drywall Estimator/Project Manager.
  • Proficiency with Onscreen Takeoff, Quick Bid, Procore, and Microsoft Office 365.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial drywall construction methods and materials.
  • Excellent mathematical and analytical skills for accurate estimating.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
