You will be responsible for arranging for inbound and outbound shipments domestically and internationally. Complete necessary paperwork for international shipments. Assist in pick/ pack.

Typical Duties and Responsibilities

  • Arrange for inbound and outbound deliveries via AIR/SEA, knowledgeable in INCO-TERMS
  • Prepare paperwork, shipping labels, and documents for domestic and international inbound and outbound deliveries
  • Prepare, update, and store domestic and international import and export documentation.
  • Assist in warehouse duties,
    • Receiving, Picking, and Packing all products
    • Inspect all incoming items
    • Build and stack boxes, if assistance required
    • Ensure proper housekeeping is maintained.
    • Preparing outbound shipments
    • Ability to repetitively lift over 20 pounds, build wooden boxes, and handle crates and pallets over 75 lbs
  • Other office tasks as assigned, i.e. follow-up for due and late deliveries, order acknowledgments, AWB/BOL, etc ...

Education: Associates or relevant accredited certification, certified to use forklift

Skills and Experience:

  • Preferred two to three years working in an import/export environment,
  • Efficient in using computers, technology and Microsoft 365,
  • Highly proficient in English (verbal/written)
  • Proven ability to multi-task
