We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for making outbound and receiving inbound calls, and closing sales deals. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships with customers and has a passion for sales.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products and services
- Build and maintain relationships with customers through excellent communication and customer service skills
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a consistent basis
- Utilize market knowledge to identify new sales opportunities
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing sales
- Use software tools to track and manage customer interactions and sales activities
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sale with customers

Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Spanish language skills are a plus)
- Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using software tools for managing customer interactions and sales activities
