MEMCO SER is currently looking for a EXPERIENCEDroofer foreman


The Commercial Roofer Foreman will oversee and coordinate roofing projects, managing both the team and the work site to ensure that projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards. This role requires extensive experience in commercial roofing, strong leadership skills, and a thorough understanding of roofing systems and safety protocols.


Responsibilities Include:


- Supervise and lead a team of roofers, providing guidance, and support

- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of various commercial roofing systems, including flat, metal, and shingle roofs

- Ensure projects are completed according to specifications, blueprints, and building codes

- Conduct on-site inspections and quality control checks to ensure high standards of workmanship

- Coordinate with project managers, clients, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolution of any issues

- Implement and enforce safety procedures and protocols to maintain a safe work environment

- Manage project timelines and resources effectively to meet deadlines and budget constraints

- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports and safety records

- Address and resolve any on-site conflicts or issues promptly and professionally


Requirements Include:


- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial roofing, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or foreman role

- In-depth knowledge of commercial roofing systems and installation techniques

- Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team

- Strong understanding of safety regulations and building codes

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Effective communication skills and the ability to liaise with clients, team members, and management

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

- Certification in roofing or related fields is a plus
