The Quality Assurance Manager passionately leads the daily quality improvement initiatives at iAire, so we can achieve our vision of world class manufacturing. IAIRE, LLC is a manufacturing company who builds HVAC Equipment, Air Purification Equipment and ships throughout the United States as well as to some global customers.

To achieve amazing results this person must be able to do the following:

· Must be an effective leader whose dedication and commitment to quality improvement is contagious to the entire team.

· Use relational connections to positively influence the leadership team throughout the organization and to drive quality improvements and to have accountability to the quality process.

· Use data to systematically take steps to improve quality by implementing process improvements that achieve tangible improvements in our metrics.

· Drive Quality improvement with visible results in our metrics.

· Lead a team of Production Inspectors while working hand in hand with manufacturing, engineering, and customer experience teams.

· Passionately use root cause analysis to eliminate defects and to solve problems.

· Implement process improvements which improve the final product by ensuring we produce quality at the source.

· Problem-solve using data and hands-on experience.

· Ensure manufacturing operations are in accordance with our Quality Management System (QMS) as well as the further development of the QMS.

· Develops and analyzes statistical data and product specifications to achieve improved results.

· Formulate and maintain quality control objectives and coordinate objectives with production procedures in cooperation with other managers to maximize product reliability and minimize costs.

· Effectively communicates verbally and in writing to cast vision, teach principles, and provide direction to members of the team.

· Systematically use Corrective Actions to improve product quality.

· Plan, promote, and organize training activities related to product quality and reliability.

· Personal ownership and accountability style

· A professional communicator that can work with a variety of people.

· Exceptional attention to detail.

· Must have strong organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

· Must be self-directed, adept at juggling multiple projects and comfortable in a fast-paced and ever-changing work environment.

· Must be proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel and data reporting, trending, and analysis.

· Will work with Solar Equipment.

· Desire to train and mentor others.

· Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) Helpful, but not required.
