Overview:
Join our team as an Oil Change Technician and be a crucial part of keeping vehicles running smoothly and efficiently. As an Oil Change Technician, you'll play a fundamental role in providing essential maintenance services to our fleet of vehicles, ensuring their safety and reliability on the road.


Responsibilities:


  1. Perform oil changes and lubrication services following established procedures and manufacturer guidelines.
  2. Inspect vehicles for any signs of leaks, damage, or potential issues that may require attention.
  3. Replace oil filters, air filters, and cabin filters as needed.
  4. Check and top off fluid levels including coolant, brake fluid, power steering fluid, and windshield washer fluid.
  5. Conduct basic vehicle inspections to identify any additional maintenance or repair needs.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the service bay and equipment.
  7. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure the well-being of yourself and coworkers.
  8. Utilize computerized systems for documenting services, tracking inventory, and scheduling appointments.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technology advancements, and best practices in automotive maintenance.

Qualifications:


  1. High school diploma or equivalent.
  2. Previous experience in automotive maintenance or a related field preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
  3. Basic knowledge of automotive systems and components.
  4. Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions closely.
  5. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  6. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of quality.
  7. Physical stamina and dexterity to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
  8. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
