We are looking for a candidate with remodeling/construction experience for the management position.

Someone responsible that will be in charge of a 3/4 men crew and able to show vacant office units and keep up with tenant's maintenance requests, along with working in an office set up talking to potential and existing tenants and providers.

Must own his/her own tools and transportation.

Must have experience in management position and good phone and in person etiquette.

Must have good verbal and written skills.

Do not apply if you don't have experience on remodeling/construction.

The property is a business office complex located in Warner Robins near the Air Force Base.
No driving around required, it is one location.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

- Remodeling experience
- Management experience (supervising workers)
- Leasing experience (showing vacant office units)
- Computer knowledge is a plus (data entry)

Full-time position: $22/hour

You will be in direct contact with the owner, leaving room for advancement.
