Our client, a property management services company is seeking a motivated Maintenance Engineer to add to their team

Maintenance Engineer Compensation: $25.00 - 27.00/Hour (depending on experience)

Location: Sites in Chantilly and Herndon, VA

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 4:30PM

Maintenance Engineer Responsibilities:

  • Drywall repair – patching, painting
  • Carpentry repair – doors, molding, furnishings, cabinets
  • Plumbing repair – toilets, sinks, bathtub, shower, caulking
  • Electrical – maintain lights interior & exterior, light fixtures
  • HVAC – filters, grills, belts, baseboard heating
  • Manual trash pick up and check dumpster areas. Blow off sidewalks, etc.
  • Perform walk-throughs of the grounds
  • Complete roof, parking lot, and drain and structural system checks.
  • Traveling to different work sites (all in the Herndon, Reston, Sterling area)

Maintenance Engineer Qualifications:

  • One year of HVAC, plumbing, or electrical experience but certification is not required
  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
  • The company provides the vehicle
  • MUST have a valid Driver's license
  • MUST have a clean driving record
