Job DescriptionJob Description

Xerox Corporation seeks Equipment Coordinator who will oversee all aspects of last mile delivery including communication and coordinating with interoffice personnel, Xerox, Client and 3rd Party vendors.  

Responsibilities include coordinating and scheduling equipment deliveries, placement, moves, asset data collection, installation check lists, etc.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:  

  • Integrates sales orders with a master schedule; coordinates availability of equipment and staff as needed to meet delivery dates.
  • Maintains master distribution schedule for the assigned facility; revises as needed and alerts appropriate staff of schedule changes or delays.
  • Deliver operational excellence and customer service.
  • Interface with every level of management within client environment with ease and professionalism.
  • Manage and coordinate service and technical escalations until resolution.                                                    

SKILLS:                 

  • Superb organization, communication (verbal & written), interpersonal, negotiation & problem-solving skills                    
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks                    
  • Ability to interact with Xerox, Clients and Client's I.T., as applicable                             
  • Problem resolution and negotiation skills                              
  • Perform duties with minimum supervision                           
  • Working knowledge Microsoft Office Suite

EDUCATION:                     

  • Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent
