Job DescriptionJob Description

Talento Search Group has an opening for a Maintenance Lead in the Fort Wayne, IN area.  This is a direct-hire position and the pay range will depend on experience. This is a 1st shift position. 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Create work orders for the maintenance department
  • Perform hands-on maintenance work when needed
  • Work with production managers to maintain maintenance standards and KPI's
  • Communication changes in process and documentation
  • Manage training programs for new equipment
  • Assist engineering with the installation and startup of new equipment
  • Ensure all compliance standards
  • Assist in recruitment of new maintenance staff


Experience Needed:

  • At least 5 years of maintenance lead or supervisory experience
  • Technical Degree in Industrial Maintenance or related field is preferred
  • Experience working in Plastic Injection Molding and Industrial Automation
  • Strong skill-sets in hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical, and preventive maintenance plans
  • Experience working in a Lean environment is a plus
  • Working knowledge of ERP Systems; Plex is highly preferred
