Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our team. This role involves using DMP's ERP system to track orders, update customers, and ensure 100% accuracy in order status validation. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent customer service and a keen eye for detail to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize DMP's ERP system to monitor and track customer orders from initiation to delivery.
  • Provide timely and accurate updates to customers regarding their order status.
  • Validate and verify the accuracy of order information to ensure 100% accuracy in records.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, escalating to the Customer Service Manager when necessary.
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, logistics, and production, to ensure smooth order processing.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide informed assistance to customers.
Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
  • Proven experience in a customer support role, preferably within a similar industry.
  • Proficiency in using ERP systems; experience with [specific ERP system used by DMP] is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
