We are seeking a leasing agent to assist with managing and leasing rentals in West and North Philadelphia

Hourly rate of pay starting at $15/h PLUS commission on each move in & accepted application (+ room for growth)

You will primarily be responsible for scheduling and showing vacant rentals. Position requires proof of Covid-19 vaccination.

Schedule can be flexible.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform cold-calls for rental inquires
  • Screen applicants to determine whether or not qualifications are met
  • Show vacant single family town-homes, apartments, and duplexes to potential tenants
  • Host open houses and viewings
  • Verify and disclose unit details and features to potential tenants for rentals

Qualifications:

  • Personal source of transportation
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Must undergo a background check prior to hire
  • Must complete form W-9
