Job DescriptionJob Description

Full-time receptionist needed for our low-volume, high-end Prosthodontic specialty practice. We are a fee-for-service office that provides personalized, attentive, honest, expert care to our patients. Our patients are almost all referred and typically require reconstructive dentistry. This requires receptionists with knowledge in dentistry, attention to detail, and person to person communication skills. We only do 2 days of hygiene and doctor based patient volume on a particular day ranges from 1 to rarely more than 15. While total volume is low, coordination of care between our patients, their general dentist, and other specialty offices continues for months and sometimes years. This is time consuming and requires extensive effort. While we submit dental benefits for patients, we are not and will not be part of any networks. Our 'insurance' paperwork and tracking is therefore minimal.

Hours are M-F, approximately 30-35 per week.  Exact hours and times are negotiable for an experienced candidate.

We get to know our patients and the offices that refer to us extremely well. Your ability to communicate in a comfortable and trustworthy manner will determine your success in this position.
