Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Senior Sales Executive to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts, developing strong customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate is a sales professional with a proven track record of success in high-ticket sales and a passion for wellness technology. 

Compensation: $35,000 to $52,000 with the opportunity to make $300,000 commission. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients within the wellness and medical industries.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct high-volume cold calls to generate new business opportunities.
  • Manage and follow up on inbound leads promptly and professionally.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Provide detailed product presentations and demonstrations.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals with a consultative approach.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' offerings.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop lead generation strategies.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote our products.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred but not mandatory.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in high-ticket sales, preferably in the wellness or medical technology sectors.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
