We are looking for an experienced HVAC Installer who is committed to excellence and will installs all HVAC systems and products according to the manufacturer’s specifications wile ensuring that all work performed is done professionally, timely and accurately according to all policies and procedures.


KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Install HVAC equipment, ductwork, ductwork modifications, thermostats, IAQ products and grilles in residential homes.
  • Perform startup, testing and safety procedures on installed HVAC systems per company Best Practices to ensure they are operating efficiently and safely.
  • Communicate and teach customers how to operate and program new systems and controls.
  • Communicates with office support and adheres to daily scheduling.
  • Maintain service parts stock on the truck.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, including parts used and recommendations for jobs.
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
  • Maintains the company’s vehicle and notifies management when maintenance is required.

HVACR Installer Qualifications:

  • Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of HVAC systems
  • 1+ years of HVAC residential installer experience.
  • Diagnostic skills and ability to use recovery equipment, meters, torches, vacuum pumps and gauges.
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Must have great attention to detail, be able to follow directions from management, and work independently.
  • Must be able to pass background check, drug screening and have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • EPA License Type Two, Three or Universal. Willing To Train For Test Within 6 Months

Schedule:

  • 8-hour shift.
  • Monday to Friday.
  • Overtime and Weekends as needed.
