We are seeking a Fine Jewelry Sales Associate to become an integral part of our team. Who can work well independently and in small, close-knit team. Our Sales Associates show positive body language, energy and creativity from displaying merchandize to showing it to the customers. You will be responsible for selling and services in a retail setting.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and identify customer needs, guiding them to what fits their budget and liking.
- Explain products & services to customers.
- Working with social media platforms, from posting jewelry listings to answering potential customers.
- Connect with existing and potential customers.
- Keeping sales area and inventory clean, organized and in best presentable manner.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales & customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
- Be flexible with work schedule, including holidays.
- High Integrity, team work & positive attitude is a must.
- Goal oriented and sales driven with a passion to exceed.
- Basic communication skills, willing to improvise.
- Bilingual in English & Spanish is a plus but not required.
- Commitment to outstanding customer service.
- Open to learning sales and negotiation skills while working with us.
We identify the importance of our team members, on top of hourly pay you'll also earn commission off sales after 6 months or your sales figures, whichever comes first. We look for individuals who are looking forward to learn and grow within company. After one year of employment, full time employees also become eligible for Health Insurance benefits.
