Job DescriptionJob Description

NVM has an immediate need for a full-time Customer Support Specialist who has a technical aptitude coupled with physical versatility to assist with occasional local field service and warehouse duties. If you are self-motivated with attention to detail and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Description of Duties:

  • First responder for email and telephone customer support issues from field
  • Resolution of Tier 1 support issues working with customers and field personnel - incl. power, display configuration, cabling, media player status
  • Management of technical support tickets including entering new tickets, progressing & escalating tickets, verifying ticket closure online and with customers
  • Proactive calls to customer sites to assure solutions are working correctly
  • Daily and weekly reports to management of issue and ticket statuses, priorities, escalations, etc.
  • Configuration of replacement media players, management appliances and other digital signage hardware using documented procedures
  • Tier 1 technical support for digital signage control platforms to scheduling team, escalations as needed to engineering and management.
  • Process improvement of all elements of technical support processes

Requirements:

  • Need to live or willing to live in the Boise Area
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
