Job DescriptionJob Descriptiondermani MEDSPA® is looking for a Social Media Marketing Manager to join our team  
Responsibilities to include:

  • Knowledge in all social media platforms to include Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Google Business, etc. Must have a working knowledge of Meta Business Suite as well as Google Business Suite.
  • Create new social media pages for incoming franchise owners.
  • Develop multiplatform social media campaigns to include influencers etc.
  • Develop engaging Social Media Content each month leveraging our team members in the offices. Working Knowledge of Agorapulse or similar software to post this content across all of our locations. Quality creativity is a must, monitoring and adapting to social media trends.
  • Creating boosted posts as needed.
  • Working Knowledge of Wordpress to do ongoing minor maintenance like changing verbiage etc.
  • Crafting creative on email and text blasts.
  • Writing content for blogs, newsletters, etc.
  • Liason with our outside agencies on SEO and PPC campaigns.
  • Monitoring our lead portals and software for success rates of campaigns in conversions.
  • Marketing asset and content design and editing in Canva, etc.
  • Driving vision of marketing with the input of the executive team.
  • Working with our franchise owners on approval of all content.
Qualifications:

  • A degree in digital marketing or equivilant.
  • Passion for the Aesthetic Industry.
  • Passion for social media and proficiency with social media platforms and social media management tools.
  • Ability to complete tasks timely
  • Working knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Google Business Suite, Agorapulse, Wordpress, Canva, etc.
  • A team player focused on our consistent strategy.
