Lead Our Innovative Kitchen

A highly successful restaurant in Manalapan Township, NJ is looking for an experienced Chef to join our team. We are looking for an ambitious, hands on Culinary Leader, to strengthen the team in one of our top performing locations. MUST have 3 year’s minimum experience in high volume kitchen with focused skills and proven performance.

What Are We Seeking?

  • 3+ years of experience as a sous chef or similar role, leading a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Lead a team of awesome cooks, fostering a collaborative and inspiring kitchen environment.
  • Maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation, ensuring every plate is a work of art
  • Optimize Operations: Forecast food consumption, maintain equipment efficiency, and manage food and labor costs to support financial success.
  • Greek Cuisine: Understanding of traditional Greek dishes, ingredients, and cooking techniques.
  • Mediterranean Knowledge: Familiarity with broader Mediterranean culinary concepts and influences.
  • Must have current ServSafe certification
