Job SummaryWe are seeking an Office Clerk to join our team As an Office Clerk, you will answer the phones, direct calls, and handle customer questions. You will also be filing paperwork, making copies, faxing documents, and mailing information out to customers, as needed. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills, experience working in an office environment, and strong organizational skills. 
Responsibilities 
  • Answer phones, assist customers with questions, and direct calls
  • Process incoming paperwork, make photocopies, and file paperwork
  • Sort mail and distribute it to the appropriate places
  • Maintain records, either physical or electronic, of business transactions
  • Attend trainings to maintain up-to-date skills and knowledge
  • Schedule appointments on technician routes based on appropriate drive times, service areas, and service types
  • Manage invoicing/billing for service appointments based on customer files and/or price sheets
Qualifications
  • Great customer service skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with computer programs, such as Microsoft Office and Adobe software
  • Familiarity with basic math and computing
