Childcare Teacher Responsibilities:

  • Ensure children's safety and well-being.
  • Create a supportive, educational environment.
  • Uphold Magic Memories' core values.
  • Strengthen center culture and mentor staff.
  • Ensure site well-being, maintaining ratios and supervision.
  • Adhere to company policies and NAEYC Code of Ethics.
  • Plan educational experiences using storytelling, games, and activities.
  • Teach classroom rules and monitor developmental progress.

Childcare Teacher Requirements:

  • Associate or Bachelor's Degree in ECE preferred.
  • Minimum two years of Early Childhood Education experience.
  • Strong communication, teaching, and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for making a difference in children's lives

No weekend or evening hours

Offered to Staff members at no charge to them, Vitable Health provides supplemental health benefits, which includes some primary, urgent and mental health, lab tests, and discount prescriptions.
