Lead Installation Technician Wanted

We are a locally owned and operated, independent automotive equipment company. We are well established and firm that installs and maintains automotive equipment primarily in the dealership industry. We install lifts, lubrication reels, Compressed air systems and other necessary service equipment.

 

We are expanding our teams and we are looking for a Lead technician. This individual will lead a small install and service team. The candidate should have the following qualifications.

  1. Installing automotive lifts, compressed air systems and lube systems.
  2. Ability to troubleshoot and remedy problems with equipment and controls
  3. Excellent communication and job completion skills
  4. Perform preventative maintenance on service equipment
  5. Complete all necessary paperwork and submit in a timely manner
  6. Must be able to follow and teach all safety and risk management policies

Qualifications:

  1. Willingness to learn, teach, assist and work with various team members
  2. Clean and valid US Driver's license
  3. Reliable transportation
  4. Basic knowledge of plumbing parts, equipment and technology
  5. Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
  6. Must be able to lift, climb ladders, work at heights 10+ feet and also be able to work on building roofs.
  7. Flexibility with work schedule
    1. Typical work week Monday - Friday
    2. Some weekends and nights when required by installation

Ideal candidates:

  1. Willing to learn and become go to person
  2. Have a CDL A license
    1. Willing to obtain a CDL A license
  3. Have backhoe and/or Jackhammer experience
    1. Willing to be trained on operation of backhoe & or jackhammer

Compensation:

 

  1. Hourly wage based on experience
