· A successful candidate must have property & casualty insurance license and a life license is a welcome bonus

· In office work is primary, remote work would be on limited basis

Primary Job Functions & Activities:

· Service Related:

o Policy/Account Changes

o Rate Change Conversations

o Claims Questions

o Addressing Underwriting Issues

o Conduct Personal Insurance Reviews

· Sales Related: The Primary role of the Senior Associate is to maintain our current customers and help the agency grow.

o Cross-sell while assisting current customers

o Work with customers to use technology and tools that benefit them

o Follow up with customers after sales to complete the sales process

o Maintain product knowledge for all lines of business and products written

o Create brokerage/commercial quotes & applications

Compensation & Benefits:

· A successful candidate can easily make over $90,000 with base, commission, and bonus

o Base Salary is in the range of $54,000 (w/ prior experience)

· Employee Paid Health Insurance, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance

· Matching 401k

· Paid Time Off (PTO)

Schedule:

· Monday through Thursday: 9:00AM to 5:00 PM – Friday 9:00AM to 3:00PM

· Flexible schedule possible for the right candidate

· Marketing events outside of normal business hours (1-2 times a year)
