Position Summary:

Chrysalis is a leading provider of support services for at-risk adults and juveniles with developmental and intellectual disabilities. Our team members play a vital role in creating a safe and supportive environment for our clients, enabling them to gain greater independence and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct support to clients with developmental and intellectual disabilities, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Develop and implement Person-Centered Support Plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Supervise and assist clients with daily living skills, including medication management and personal care.
  • Plan and implement activities that promote learning and skill development, such as work training programs and community-based activities.
  • Ensure a clean, healthy, and safe environment for clients, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the management team to ensure seamless delivery of services and effective communication with clients and their families.
  • Complete all necessary documentation and reporting requirements in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Minimum age of 18 years old.
  • Pass a passable criminal background check and LEIE per state regulations.
  • Pass required controlled substance tests.
  • Ability to speak, read, and write effectively in English.
